RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Tales of the Wind issues refunds for all unopened items in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for a refund, free of charge. Once we receive the products you purchased and determine that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email. Be sure to describe issues encountered with your order as well as applicable pictures to support your claim. If it is determined that we made a mistake or the product was damaged on arrival, we will take appropriate step to remedy the issue. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
