These Peruvian Incensio Sahumerio sticks are known for their high vibrational cleansing properties. They’re used by Qero Shamans & Indigenous people of the Andes for cleansing spaces, healing, meditation, prayers, ceremonies and rituals. It has a deep earthy smokey scent and a calming, earthy aromatic smoke that purifies spaces that removes heavy energies.
You can either use a whole stick, break off a small piece or reuse the same stick many times. Light the tip of the stick and place it onto a heat proof dish allowing the aromatic smoke to burn for a moment before extinguishing the flame. As with all cleansing rituals set an intention before you start this, it is a wonderful way to connect and deepen the experience.
A really lovely way to also use the Incienso is by adding other raw resins like Copal, Myrrh or Frankincense. Add a small pinch placing it under the lit end of the stick or if laid flat also on top this gives off a wonderful aroma creating a strong aromatic scent that really fills any space with magic!!
